Today’s Song of the Day is from Elastica – Stutter. Originally released in 1993, this could have been released 15 years earlier and fit right on the charts. Britpop with heavy punk (think Buzzcocks/Wire) and New Wave influences, this is about a guy who, ahem, can’t perform, from his lovers point of view. From their 1995 self-titled debut.
